In Smart Building, we learned that there is no single path that leads automatically to success in real estate development. Also, knowing that a development team can be put together in several ways, we assembled a team that can address the environmental, economical, private, physical, and political issues inherent in a complex development project. A team that can convert ideas from paper to real property. Our real estate development department, can encompass activities that range from the renovation and release of existing buildings to the purchase of raw land and the sale of developed land or parcels to others.
